Athlete Highlight: Katie Jackson
Katie Jackson joined the North Texas Equestrian Center in February of 2016. She was introduced to Kai Handt, owner and head trainer of NTEC and the USEF Para-Equestrian Chef d’Equipe, the month before at the CPEDI competition in Florida where she went to learn more about the sport of Para-Equestrian Dressage. Katie and Kai discussed her goals and it made sense for her to make the trip to Wylie, TX to have Kai evaluate her riding.
