Payment is due on the 5th of the month. A late fee of 5% will be charged on the 6th and an additional 10% on the 16th if payment is not received.

A show deposit must be paid on the day that the entries are due and is non- refundable.
Show fees are due upon billing date, if not paid 10 days after the billing date, we will charge a late fee of 5%. We will charge an additional late fee every month for unpaid balances.
*Fee is for every day the trainer is on the show grounds.

Payment is due at the time of the lesson. A late fee will be assessed if payment is not made within 7 days of lesson. A late fee will be assessed for unpaid balances.

Terms and Conditions
- NTEC has a 24 hour cancellation policy; if you cannot make it to your lesson you need to call the office 24 hours in advance to cancel – otherwise we will charge you for the lesson and you might lose your lesson time.
- Lesson fees are due upon taking the lesson. Late fees will be assessed on overdue balances.
- If you are boarding a horse with NTEC, you are welcome to pay for your lessons per month, either in advance or by receiving a monthly bill. A late fee will be assessed if payment is not made by the 8th . A late fee will be assessed every month for unpaid balances.
